Feel Me, University of the Arts, London (2020)

This exhibition explores the theme of mental health and therapeutic healing process'. By making a space where individuals can engage in my artwork, it allows a temporary distraction from their usual busy lives.

My solo exhibition, “Feel Me”, explores the theme of mental health and therapeutic healing process'. By making and curating a space that is physically and visually engaging, I have been able to promote positive sensory stimulation which in result benefits individuals mental health.

I used 100% Merino Wool for the art pieces that are locally sourced and acid dyed .The colours used in my work were inspired by the colour palette from ‘The Favourite Colour Project’, which encourages the feelings of tranquility and relaxation. The Video 'Watch Me' is a film that looped throughout the exhibition, showcasing peoples ‘Happy Places’ in the natural environment around the world, sourced from friends and family.
